July 22: In Delhi After breakfast proceed for half day tour of New Delhi Delhi includes visits to the Qutab Minar 72 meters high and one of the most perfect towers in the Persian world. The Iron Pillar which has survived the vagaries of weather for over 1500 years. Lotus Temple - known as 'Bahai House of Worship', this 20th century wonder made of marble in the form of a white half-opened lotus flower. (Lotus Temple is closed on Monday). Afternoon free. Overnight stay at hotel. July 23: Delhi / Sariska Morning after breakfast depart for Sariska. Sariska Tiger Reserve is well nestled in the Aravali Hills covering 800 sq km area divided into the grasslands, dry deciduous forests, sheer cliffs and rocky landscape. Whether you want to have camel safaris, go out for shopping in the surrounding places, visit medieval palaces or wildlife watching; Sariska Wildlife Sanctuary is the best place for you. Afternoon Jeep Safari at National park for wild life viewing. On arrival check in at hotel. Overnight stay at hotel. July 24: Sariska / Jaipur Morning after breakfast depart for Jaipur. Afternoon city tour visiting Pink City which includes Photo stop at Hawa Mahal: the palace of winds, Jantar Mantar: the observatory on stone and the City Palace Museum which contains the original collection of the Maharajas of Jaipur. Evening enjoy Demonstration of Carpet weaving, the block printing to learn more about the Crafts of Rajasthan. Overnight stay at hotel. July 25: In Jaipur Morning excursion to Amber Fort. At Amber Fort you climb up the fort on Elephant's (Subject of Availability of elephant) back like the Maharajas and visit the Amber Palace of the Kuchchawa rulers. . Later enjoy a GEM-CUTTING & POLISHING demonstration as Jaipur is one of the world's most noted gem producers Rest of the day free to witness the "TEEJ FESTIVAL Overnight stay at hotel. July 26: Jaipur / Agra After breakfast, depart for Agra enroute Fatehpur Sikri Old Deserted town of Mughal Dynasty, built by Emperor Akbar in 1569 and abandoned after 15 years due to scarcity of water. Stop for lunch (own expense) at Bharatpur before continuing to Agra. Afternoon city tour visiting the massive Agra Fort which has been the seat of Mughal rulers for several years. The fort has palaces with pavilions, gardens, mosques, baths etc. Agra is known for its superb inlay work on marble and soapstone by craftsmen who are descendants of those who worked at Taj Mahal. After visiting Taj Mahal enjoy Demonstration of Inlay on Marble. Evening enjoy Tuk-Tuk ride. Overnight stay at hotel. July 27: Agra/Delhi Depart Delhi Today depart to see the majestic Taj Mahal, regarded as one of the Wonders of the World. For people the world over - the Taj Mahal, mausoleum of the Mughal Empress Mumtaz Mahal, is synonymous with India. (Taj Mahal Closed on Fridays). Later depart for Delhi. On arrival transfer directly to the international airport to board flight for your onward destination.
